Workshop repairs
When your operations provide you with the flexibility to bring your broken equipment to our workshops, IMS guarantees fast and economic service. For more delicate situations, and to temporarily replace broken equipment that is being serviced, IMS offers a short-term equipment rental service. (Depending on availability).

On-site repairs
When an item that needs repair can’t be transported, or when the situation warrants immediate attention, a member of our technical team is rapidly assigned to your case to first diagnose the problem and second, to organise the procedures that will correct the issue. In all cases, we have only one priority: “to make your equipment operational in the shortest time possible”.
A precise billing process with no surprises.
The repairs made by our technicians are billed on an hourly rate while the replacement parts and components are extra. For on-site repairs, depending on location, transportation fees could apply.
